AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:
You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Travel is full of exciting possibilities, but unexpected surprises can happen. MLS Travel Co LLC highly recommends purchasing travel insurance. Protect your investment and enjoy peace of mind with travel insurance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the unfortunate event of trip cancellation, ALL deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. MLS Travel Co LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, suppliers, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. These contracted agreements afford us the opportunity to keep our package prices low and allow you to make payments on your vacation. For this reason travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended to protect your investment. If you purchase travel insurance and need to cancel you will file a claim with the travel company for your refund.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposits are $100 per person and due at the time of booking.
All payments made to MLS Travel Co LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current.
Missing 2 monthly payments will result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Guests will be notified prior to cancellation.
Reservations must be made with your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.
One name change are allowed per reservation with a a $75 name change fee.
This is an adult-only experience. You must be at least 18 years of age to attend.
A valid U.S. passport is required to travel abroad. Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the date of your travel.
Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
A full day-to-day itinerary will be provided prior to the start of the trip.
This is a land-only package, you must purchase your own flights and provide us with your flight information no more than 60 days prior to the date of travel.
